For over a decade, we engaged with various elevator companies, but their service quality and response times fell short of our standards, leading to significant problems in our buildings. In 2020, we faced a pressing need to finish an escalator project. Despite having contracts with several major elevator companies for our buildings, none could commit to the task. Gagnant stepped in, agreed to assist us, and completed the job as per schedule. Gradually, Gagnant took over other contracts, delivering excellent service.
